"Once upon a time", one of the last chalets in secondary residence

This spacious detached chalet is built with noble materials such as larch, stone Luserna (Italy), for siding and pavements outside. It has been realized in the greatest tradition of wooden chalets and in respect of the ecology. The interior offers traditional and contemporary decor. Larch, stone, glass and iron are pleasantly combined to give a harmonious whole. The interior spaces are all lit by natural light. The large bay windows are all built in larch and made to measure. The chalets are built on four levels, the whole is connected by a lift.

This chalet has sumptuous views including a view of Mont Blanc, the Nendaz Mountains in Anzère, and finally all the Rhone Valley.

It is sold raw inside, the finishes are at the option of the taker. All choices in terms of parts and finishes are still possible.
