Zermatt doesn’t offer many single family homes and this is an opportunity not to miss. Situated in a central location in Winkelmatten close to all amenities the area has to offer the chalet is easily accessible from the main road and nevertheless offers some privacy from the traffic and passers-by. To go skiing you can either hop on the bus next to the chapel or walk down the shortcut to the cable car.

The property is located a few meters above street level and there’s a small staircase leading to entrance of the building. After crossing the threshold you find yourself in a sort of pre-entrance area that either leads down to the cellar floor or into the main unit. The other two bedrooms that share a common balcony are almost identical but mirrored and both enjoy great views on the might Matterhorn and a good sun exposure. The chalet is attached to another house on the border of the road and slightly moved to the front which is split in two apartments used as secondary homes.
